WW1 German M16 Three Colour Camouflage Helmet

A WW1 German three colour M16 camouflage helmet complete with original liner & chinstrap.
This helmet has been artistically painted using segmented panels of tan ochre , forest green & red brown all applied over the helmets factory apple green paint. Each panel has been bordered with thin black lines these being encountered in all different thicknesses prior to the 1918 Ludendorff standardisation order. All three liner pins are original to the helmet & undisturbed with M16 leather band to interior & all three cushions still present inside each cushion holder. A handwritten name & otehr writing in pencil can be seen to rear underside which may be more dechiperable with close examination . A part of the original chinstrap hangs from left lug.
