WW2 British Malta Camouflage MkII Helmet 1938

WW2 British MkII helmet in rare Malta camouflage worn by British troops stationed there in WW2.
Helmet is an early 1939 dated example with early oval dome pad to interior. Camouflage scheme has been skilfully applied using a thick sand mix with seperating lines remaining in its factory khaki paint. On close examination it is apparent that the thick lines were drawn on with pencil prior to the sand being applied. To nut is totally undisturbed. Interior rexene liner shows heavy wear with some rust form to underside of rim. Web chinstrap intact.
Totally untouched & a rare British camouflage helmet to find.
