WW1 US Colt .45 Pistol Holster , 1917 Dated

A WW1 US brown leather pistol holster for the Colt .45 pistol with 1917 date to rear.
Having seen a good deal of service use the date of 1917 is discernible however the other markings are present but mostly worn away . Brass stud closure & brass belt hanging hook both intact.
