WW1 US Signals Overseas Cap

WW1 US woollen overseas cap with disc insignia for signals to left side.
Modelled after the French forage cap this was to become the field or garrison cap & saw service right through into WW2. This early example has Quartermasters label to sweatband giving maker Model Cap Company & a Size 7.
Very nice display piece with no moth.
