WW2 German Luftwaffe Gas Mask Canister
An early model gas mask canister overpainted in luftwaffe blue & dated 1936 to spare lense compartment. This is the early pattern tin with pull latch used before the spring loaded pull tabs came in later that year.
Comes with original wartime issue long carrying strap in green . These have been subject of rust bleed over the years.
