WW2 German Luftwaffe Flying Helmet

Interesting souvenired example of the WW2 German Luftwaffe LKpW101 winter flying helmet still with its Mi4c throat microphones .
This helmet still has supple leather & a short section of its rear wire remaining where cut free from the aircraft. Earphones are encapsulated in the improved W101 model rubber cups with leather covering . There is a recessed ridge at the top to secure the goggle straps. The elastic oxygen mask strap is still present. Sheepskin lining to interior is good with three letter coded manufacturer tag of 'cxo' for the firm ' Deutsche Telephonwerke und Kabelindustrie A.-G., Berlin SO 36 '.
With overall service wear & a piece of Luftwaffe over England history !
