WW2 German M44 Luftschutz Helmet

Another part of the German Luftschutz timeline this is the late war M44 model of Luftschutz helmet first manufactured in 1944 & unlike its predecessors most often worn without Luftschutz decal.
Of one piece manufacture it is still in its correct black satin finish of this late model. Liner is of thin cloth cut in the style of the standard military M31 liner with a prong buckled clear plastic chinstrap totally original to the helmet & again very typical of those found on this model.
In excellent condition overall.
