WW2 German DAK Panzer Crewman Tunic

German tropical tunic for a Panzer crewman with pink piped shoulder boards & skulls to lapels.
This is the second model olive drab cotton twill tropical tunic seen from around 1942 onwards with non pleated pockets & pointed pocket flaps. Tunic has a five removeable button frontage & is open at the lapels. Both collar tabs & breast eagle are correct for this tunic but replaced. A one pip cloth rank badge to left sleeve denotes ' Schutze' . Interior lining shows very faint markings. As with many German tunics of the period this piece has been tailor shortened according to the fashion of the period .
