WW1 French Equipment Belt

WW1 French leather equipment belt marked to the 83rd Artillery Regiment.
French equipment changed from the prewar black to brown not long after the war started this being an example of a wartime manufacture with brass rivets & lacquered steel buckle. Artillery Regiment marking stamped in lozenge to interior of belt.
