WW2 German Chocolate In Tin
A near perfect condition 'Scho-Ka-Kola' tin dated 1939 complete with the rarely found original chocolate contents.
This was a caffeine infused chocolate ration made by 'Hildebrand' produced for German military ration packs as well as the civilian market . This example was a military issue example as denoted by ' WEHRMACHT-PACKUNG' printed on the reverse of the tin. The scarce date of 1939 is found on this tin most encountered today being later . The cellophane wrapped chocolate content is circular to the dimensions of the tin with the Hildebrand name & logo embossed into the top centre of the chocolate .
