American Vietnam Issue Souvenir Art M1 Helmet

A classic helmet from the Vietnam War period which has at some point been decorated with Peace graffiti on its exterior shell.
The M1 helmet is finished in the standard dark OG paint finish with name 'BURMA' on sticky tape to its rear. Such wording as ' ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE' & ' LOVE NOT WAR' with the CND symbol anchor to front have been drawn on in black marker pen. Chinstrap buckle is anchor marked ( Indicating pre 1967 manufacture ) with OG webbing straps. Interior lining has DSA marked web straps dated '19MARCH1969' & typical of the mid Vietnam era.
