WW2 US M3 Knife In M6 Sheath

An excellent M3 fighting knife in leather Mk 6 scabbard. These were much favoured by the US Airborne who were well trained in the use of such weapons.
The knife is an IMPERIAL made piece with dark red fibre inserts to top & bottom of grip. The leather rings of the handle are still firm & in good order with blade overall excellent. Leather M6 scabbard marked ' US M6 VINER BROS 1943 ' . All scabbard rivets intact with belt hook undisturbed.
An iconic Airborne piece.
