WW2 British RAOC GS Cap 1944

Scarce 1944 dated GS Cap with original insignia of the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.
The RAOC badge is the plastic economy badge of the period mounted on the RAOC formation patch backing. Reverse of the badge has had a card backing made from the cover of a 'BK108' ( See images ). Interior of cap has markings with very faint date of 1944 , a rare date to find on these items of late war headgear.
Overall condition excellent .
