WW1 German 'Rolled Edge' Felt Ersatz M15 Pickelhaube Marked To Inf.Regt.60

An M15 Ersatz felt pickelhaube with marking of Inf Regt 60 to rear underside of peak.
This is one of the lesser encountered variations of the felt version with a rolled edge to its underside. Made with all grey painted fittings as per the 1915 model it has both of its original cockades to each side & original chinstrap with matching grey buckles. Black leather liner is very good with no damage & its tightening string still present.
Difficult to find the rolled edge variants this being only the second I have been fortunate enough to find.

The 60th Inf .Regt initially served on the Western Front as part of the XXI Army Corps.
