WW1 German M16 Battle Damaged Helmet

M16 battle damaged area from the Verdun area this a rare large sized helmet from a rare maker.
There is a bullet entry hole to the lower skirt from the outside with a large gouge in the rear of the helmet apparently caused by the bullet exiting through the liner & out of the shell wall. there is corresponding damage to the leather liner & band . With a good amount of its oriignal green / grey paint remaining .
