Maker marked to ricasso ' Weyersberg , Kirschbaum & Co Solingen . Marked to back of blade 'W 87' .
Some overall service use , with brusing to grip & kink to scabbard where the soldier has stooped down when bayonet not in scabbard. Small split to seam . Pommel catch working.
