A full set of the scarce 1940 pattern cavalry webbing for ranks armed with a rifle.
The Set for ranks armed with rifle includes the Back adjustment strap, both Cartridge carriers, Braces, Brace fitting, Straps with keyway fitting, Waterbottle carrier, and Haversack. Cleverly designed to be worn on horseback this was facilitated by the use of a hook & eye keyhole system . All parts marked 'MECO 1940' .
