WW2 German Stick Grenade Carrying Case With Artwork

A WW2 German Stick grenade carrying case that has been attractively decorated with artwork in the form of Mickey Mouse &sporting scenes.
The original factory green paint of the case & its stencilled markings can be seen under the black overpaint with the artwork depicting fishing & football scenes . There is also a name handpainted in reddish brown. All of the paint shows considerable age with naturally weathered patina & age cracking clearly visible throughout.
It is difficult to date the work exactly however it is very old & most likely from the end of WW2 period to the immediate postwar timeframe. Fabulous display piece.
