WW2 British Wirecutters In Rare 1941 Dated Webbing Case

A set of WW2 British 1941 dated wirecutters with '37 pattern webbing carrier having MECo mark for Mills Equipment Company & the rare wartime date of 1941.
It is very difficult to find wartime dated carriers most being postwar manufactures or 1945 at best. Cutters are 'Charles & Pugh' marked with 1940 date.
