WW2 Italian Fighting Knife Made From Bayonet In Frog

A WW2 Italian carcano rifle bayonet shortened & made into a fighting knife with green Italian leather frog still affixed.
Bayonet has Italian wording with date ' 1941 ' to crossguard . The blade has been fashioned into that of a knife with central ridge & the scabbard depot shortened to accomodate the change in length. Blade measures just under 16cm.
