WW1 German M17 Steel Combat Helmet

A textbook WW1 German M17 helmet in excellent untouched condition & straight from the trenches of WW1.
With a very high percentage of its green factory paint remaining to exterior all three pins are undisturbed & totally original to the helmet . To interior the marking 'G62' can be seen to underside flared rim for the maker ' ' size 62 . Interesting to note the sharp dip of the flared rim which appears to be a slightly defective pressing from the factory. The M17 metal liner band is intact with all three off white chromed leather cushion holders present . Tightening string still present .
