WW1 German Prussian Officers 'Beamte' Pickelhaube

A high quality Prussian officers pickelhaube in stunning condition with finely detailed fittings & silk liner to interior.
Eagle to front is for a Beamte with the vaulted chinstrap scales & squared front visor associated here not just for cavalry but with the broader category of administration most likely a Technical Official from the War Ministry. All fittings are totally original to the helmet with no extra holes to rear & size '56' embossed to the rear spine. There is also a tailors paper tag visible to the interior crown ( see images ) with handwritten size '56' repeated.
