Rare WW2 British Hessian Helmet Cover

Rare example of the early war hessian helmet cover for use by British army troops with the MkII helmet.
These almost impossible to obtain covers were all made in this basic pattern some also seen in camouflage & tan. A batch surfaced a few years ago from a National military museum with a few examples being spld in the UK this being one of them. Rarely encountered with markings it is of green hessian with drawstring tightener for fitment. Very much an early war item , I have attached an image pertaining to the use of these in use by British troops.
