Scarce British '37 Patt 1941 Dated Wirecutter Pouch & Wirecutters

WW2 British wirecutter pouch from the '37 pattern equipment having a very hard to find WW2 date of 1941 .
Wirecutter pouches are not rare in themselves however those with WW2 dates are very hard to find especially as early as 1941. Made by 'MEco' ( Mills ) with broad arrow marking . Wirecutters are included this pair dated 1940.
