WW1 German M15 Field Jacket / Summer Tunic 1915- Konigs-Bayer 21 Infanterie Regiment

Scarce '21st Bavarian Infantry Regiment tunic of the M15 model made from cotton & intended to replace the twill suit for all troops as well as be issued to replacement troops at home instead of the much in demand field uniform.
Introduced as of April '15 it is made in the same pattern as the field tunic of field grey cotton but with no edging or front pockets & just simple turn back cuffs. Buttons are snap ring interchangeable . With correct '21' regiment shoulder boards & correlating 'BII' acceptance stamp to interior it also has a 1915 date stamp as one would expect to see .
