Published WW1 German 'Potato Masher' 1916 - Featured On Page 118/119 Feldzug 1916 by Michael Baldwin

Classic example of the late 1915 onwards through to 1916 produced 'potato masher' made by the firm AEG ' Allgemeine Elektricitats - Gesell schaft' ( General Electric Company ) .
A clean example it has a date stamp on its wooden handle 17.4.16. 'VOR GEBRAUCH SPRENGKAPSELN EINSETZEN' stencilling to head. This exact example is featured on pages 118 & 119 of the book Feldzug 1916 by Michael Baldwin. Top cap is detached but still sits in place when upturned.
