WW1 French Medics Named Souvenir Plaque M15 Adrian Helmet

An outbuilding found M15 Medical troops Adrian helmet with brass ' Soldat De La Grand Guerre 1914-1918' named souvenir plaque to front peak.
Helmets of demobilised officers & other ranks were officially decorated with the brass 'Soldat De La Grande Guerre 1914 - 1918' (Soldier Of The Great War 1914-1918) souvenir plaques as of 16th April 1919 & were issued by the state of France as a recognition of service. Some were named at the soldiers expense however many were not . This helmet left the factory in the earlier light blue colour which has darkened with age. Interestingly there looks to be a repair to the shell on one side where a small impact has previously occurred. The brass souvenir plaque has the name 'Louis Myquel' this quite possible lending itself to further research. Interior has one piece first pattern lining . Chinstrap is original to the helmet with buckle end minus.
