WW2 German M44 Army/SS Model Trousers Converted Into Shorts

Interesting pair of the scarce M44 field trousers professionally converted into shorts however bearing the partial silver grey HBT rayon lining that is a common characteristic of late war SS uniforms .
Complete with all metal dished buttons still present the characteristic M44 belt loops have not been altered & are still seen here in their factory format.
