WW1 British Brodie Helmet

An untouched Mk1 British soldiers Brodie helmet of pre May 1917 manufacture ( no rubber ring to liner ) .
A high proportion of its original rough sawdust mixed khaki paint remains to inside & out with chinstrap in uncommonly good order.
Underside of brim has markings ' HV' denoting manufacture & steel supplier of Huttons/Vickers who came under organisation of the Sheffield Munitions Committee.
