WW2 German M-1936 V Neck Sweater

A scarce German V neck sweater of the 1936 model in heavily used condition.
This pattern of sweater was issued to German troops from 1936 onwards & was a popular garment worn under the field blouse along with the issue shirt. This scarce example has been heavily worn & would be excellent for mannequin display under the field blouse or camouflage parka etc. Knitted in grey wool it has the typical green striped V neck found on these early issues. With holes to the wool & fraying to the collar both wrist cuffs have at some point been removed .
