WW1 German Ersatz Water Bottle Set -1916 Maker Stamped

A 1916 dated transitional model of German ersatz waterbottle. The configuration has the full strap system of pre war origin but is held in a cotton mix cover and has a wartime red enamel bottle . There are two maker and date stamps that are good and clear and show 1916 . Overall condition is very good with just the cap retention tab now detached but can be pushed back in situ for display .  read more
