A textbook example of the very hard to find Italian domestic production helmet of 1916 sometimes called "Lippman" .The Grey green factory paint of this example is very good as is the oilcloth liner and rough out leather chinstrap .There is a nice Clear MA crowned acceptance stamp to the inner crown .
