Fine example of an early Japanese Army waterbottle this being the pre 1940 pattern although still in use up to 1945.
Webbing cradle all intact with owners initials stitched to front . The burn marks to paint are from where it was thawed out after Chinese winter freezing. read more

This helmet is a true Mk1* as evidenced by its turned back chinstrap lug configuration & of rimless manufacture. This wonderful plastron fronted tunic is in the wrapover 'maternity' style so called for its resemblance to clothing worn by pregnant women.
