Good example of the British issue Life Belt such as were used in the Normandy Landings of 1944. These were also issued to Airborne troops for use in the event of a water landing enroute to their objectives.
This example is broad arrow stamped & dated 1943. These had to be manually inflated by means of a flexible nozzle on the front. Overall condition excellent.  read more
