Canadian MkII helmet dated 1942 with insignia of the 1st Royal Canadian Ordnance Corps Reinforcement Unit . These units were tasked with training reinforcement personnel in Canada prior to the invasion before transferring to the Theatre of Operations where they liaised with front line units.
