***Rare*** original example of foul weather cap cover for the Cap, Winter, Service Dress (Gor Blimey) cap in waterproofed tight weave cotton material. Has fold down neck flap and its original ties. These are coated with a layer of pea green paint to the interior.
The interior still has its paper '2' label.
